Gary's team did a Hydro-Jetting cleaning for my house today. They did very professional work. They took care of a big problem I've been upset for years with (roots through my old sewer system). Let's face it, having a sewer & drainage blockage is a pain in the b#%t! To call around asking for quotes makes it worst as you have tons of semi-pros/part-timers on Craigslist and those big companies who claim special promo prices on the Net but gave you lots of excuses to charge you for more upon site inspection of the problem. I called Gary and he gave me a fair price to do a complete job with his professional equipment and crew. This guy knows what he is doing - period! And he will show you earnestly what he is doing with his hydro-jet cleaning and "See-Snake" equipment. And he will advise you truthfully on how to avoid problems in the future. My previous snake guy simply could not do the job at more than 75 ft, another so-called pro company came with wanting me to ripoff my toilet to gain access to the problem (more than an extra $100 if they do it), then even had the cheek to want to charge me extra $20 just to enter my house! Gary works outside the house to get the job done instead of the BS like the other company. Glad to have found a nice professional guy to solve my urgent problem...

I have had some blockage issues in my piping system and after a few calls and high priced quotes I came across Gary's Rooter. Friendly staff, tremendously knowledgeable, & top of the line equipment. Gary is simply a pleasure to deal with and at the end of the procedure he showed me the aftermath results using a camera to clearly demonstrate the results of his work. I would sincerely recommend Gary's Rooter to anyone.

I had been using the same old rooter service for my sewer line, which would clear out a small hole in the massive root ball and last for several months. A city worker told us of this new technology Hydro-jetting that clears out the whole root ball not just a small hole. I called Gary because he had so many good reviews. He told me that he would clear out the whole line and he would use his camera to confirm that it was gone. He came the next day and did exactly what he said he would. Cleared out the whole line- NO ROOTS! He was very nice and professional. I would Recommend Gary to everyone who has ever had a problem with Clogged drains. It works! Thanks Gary ! Excellent service! I have had roots in my sewage line for 25 years so I have plenty of experience with rooter services. Gary was very different than the last 5 guys. He is a real pro. He really explained my options well and is a meticulous technician. He was patient and very reasonable on price. He is not pushy and I really appreciated that he wasn't always pressuring me to spend more. On the contrary, he wanted to start with a very cheap fix and only do more work if it seemed necessary. I have already used Gary on a second house and was equally impressed! He is a gem!

I called Gary on a Sunday morning when I realized my drain was clogged. He quoted a reasonable price to me on the phone and showed up within an hour. After he cleared the drain, he put a camera down the line and showed me where I had some root problems ... for free. He told me of options to deal with the roots, but did not give me a high-pressure sales pitch. I liked Gary. He was honest and courteous. I would definitely use him again.

I had a clogged main drain near my bathroom. I called many places looking for the best rate and someone who could come out at 8pm on a weeknight. Gary showed up on time and cleared the drain with no problems. I liked his friendly demeanor and honest vibe. He didn't try to sell me some service I didn't need. He charged the low price he quoted me on the phone. I'm usually pretty frugal but I felt inclined to give him a nice tip for the job well done. I'm much more inclined to go to the independent mom-pop type businesses than the Walmart-type companies anyways, and I'm especially glad I did in this case. I highly recommend Gary.
